- Can I wash my Ergonable™ Heated Jacket?
- It is machine washable as long as you remove the battery before washing it.
- How hot will it get?
- It has three different heat settings, the hottest will not get over 110˚F (43˚C), which our lab find out to be the safest and the most comfortable temperature.
- Does the jacket come with the power bank?
- Since many customers reports that they already have a power bank, we are not currently including it in the order. Therefore, we have lowered the price, and we figured that it would also be an environmental friendly option. We recommend any powerbank that is 10000 mah, which will get you around 8 hours warmth.
